QUALITY ASSURANCE
Rubix has designed a systematic quality assurance program to ensure we deliver a consistent product of exceptional quality at all times.
This is achieved through precise analysis, measurement and record-keeping beginning at the green bean sourcing stage and continuing through the roasting and packing stages of the product creation cycle.
The Rubix team personally selects all green beans that are used in production for our partners. All roast profiles are continually measured and recorded. The roasted product is assessed by our experienced cupping team who have an extensive knowledge in commercially strategic product development.
TRAINING
Rubix recognises that our partners need to possess certain skills to ensure exceptional coffee products are optimally brewed. Optimal brewing of exceptional products is proven to result in improved sales for our partners.
Rubix is committed to transferring the domain expertise held by its team to its partners through the Partner Training Program (PTP). The program includes hands-on education by our industry experts and is tailored to the specific needs of our partners to ensure best practice brewing and hardware calibration is achieved at all times.
